India's brain drain is a decades-old wound. The government invests heavily in top institutions and a significant percentage of graduates leave for better pay, infrastructure, and quality of life abroad. Individual liberty or national responsibility - how do you see it?

Do you feel pressure to speak English rather than Hindi or your regional language in professional settings?

English fluency has become a proxy for intelligence and competence in Indian corporate culture, creating a silent hierarchy that disadvantages brilliant people who think and express best in their mother tongue. Has this gotten better or worse in your experience?

How many months of emergency fund do you actually have saved right now?

Financial advisors universally recommend 6 months of expenses as an emergency fund. Yet surveys consistently show most Indian salaried professionals have less than 1 month saved. The gap between knowing and doing is wide here.

Have you ever felt the urge to move abroad because India no longer feels liveable to you?

At current prices and EMIs, is buying a home in Mumbai, Delhi or Bengaluru a smart financial decision?

Indian home prices in metros have hit historic highs. A 2BHK in a decent Bengaluru neighbourhood now costs Rs 1.2-1.8 crore with EMIs of Rs 80,000+ per month. The rent versus buy debate has never been more relevant or more complex.
